The Harry S Truman Leadership Scholars Program is a scholarship program provided each year to a select group of Missouri resident students who have demonstrated significant leadership experience throughout high school. By participating in this program, Leadership Scholars are prepared to take on significant leadership roles and create lasting change in their communities and throughout the world.
